Surgery Hours |
Our surgeries are open all day from 8.30 am until 6.00 pm on weekdays and from 8.30 am until 12 noon on Saturdays. Consultations are by appointment except in an emergency.
Surgical and investigative procedures are carried out each weekday morning. Patients are admitted between 8.00 and 8.30 am and are usually discharged between 4.00 and 5.00 pm. You will be given an instruction leaflet before the procedure which will inform you how to prepare your pet and another one afterwards on post-operative care.
We provide a 24 hour emergency service based at one of our surgeries so there is always one of our veterinary surgeons on call when the surgeries are closed. The number of the veterinary surgeon on call may be obtained by telephoning 01704 872924 or 01704 535233.
Clients are asked to familiarise themselves with the location of both our surgeries as the veterinary surgeon on call may not be able to travel between the two. Please be aware that the veterinary surgeon on duty is providing this service in addition to his or her normal working day; if you think your pet needs attention please try and telephone for an appointment before the surgery closes.
